Decades of Experience
For more than 170 years, Wertheim has stood for security and quality. As a supplier to financial institutions, companies and public authorities, more than one million safes and vault rooms have been delivered worldwide..
Certified Quality
High product quality is a fundamental principle at Wertheim. Independent European testing institutes regularly verify our standards and ensure consistently high levels of security and reliability..

All Resistance Grades from I to XIIIKB
The right level of protection for every risk. Our vault rooms are available in all resistance grades from Grade I to XIIIKB..
Everything from a Single Source
A solution that integrates all components. Vault room, vault door, safe deposit boxes and software form a coordinated system for a complete security solution..
In-House Manufacturing
Our production facilities stand for quality, precision and reliability. Close coordination between development and manufacturing enables solutions tailored precisely .

More usable capacity
Thanks to the modular design, wall thickness can be reduced from 500 mm in traditional constructions to approximately 125 mm while maintaining the same resistance grade..
Lightweight and highly resistant
Special reinforcements and high-strength fillings provide a high level of protection while allowing flexible adaptation to individual security requirements..
Shorter Construction Times
With modular vault rooms, the absence of concrete drying time significantly reduces construction time, allowing the vault room to be commissioned sooner..
Individual Configuration
Each vault room is designed according to your specifications. Size, door systems, technical equipment, building integration and colour can be adapted flexibly..
Professional Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation are carried out by experienced specialists who implement all technical requirements precisely to ensure maximum security..
The modular design of a vault room shortens construction time because no concrete drying time is required. At the same time, thinner walls with the same resistance grade create more usable space inside the vault room or walk-in safe.
Our modular vault rooms are available in 14 security grades, from Grade I to XIIIKB, and in various configurations. Models with core drill protection (KB) are also an option. Additionally, all models from Grade V onward provide extra protection against explosive attacks.

Only a tested and certified vault room offers optimal protection against burglary while ensuring compliance for full insurance coverage. Rigorous testing methods and clearly defined guidelines guarantee the highest quality and full acceptance by all insurers. Certifications and regular audits verify that all Wertheim products meet the requirements of their respective resistance grades. Our certifications adhere to the European standard EN 1143-1, which specifies the testing methods and classifications for secure storage units, particularly focusing on their burglary resistance.

Together we determine which assets need to be protected.
We evaluate the available space and define the required size of the vault room.
We determine which vault door, locking system and security class best meet your requirements.
We review the structural conditions on site and check all access and installation possibilities.
Based on the defined requirements, we prepare an initial cost estimate.
We plan the vault room in detail and coordinate all technical aspects.
The vault room is manufactured and the delivery date is defined.
The completed vault room is inspected and the official vault room certificate is issued.
The vault room is handed over fully installed and ready for operation.
We provide the technical documentation required by your insurance company.
Strict compliance with all requirements during the delivery and installation of a Wertheim vault room is essential to ensure maximum security and functionality. This is how we ensure quality, reliability and the trust of our customers.

A site inspection takes place before the installation of the vault room begins. This determines how the elements and the vault door are to be installed. In the case of new buildings, loading and installation can be carried out using a mobile crane, otherwise depending on the application (if possible through a ceiling opening). The load hooks required for the delivery are determined on site. It must be ensured that the final level is defined by a level mark.
ATTENTION
The transport route must be able to withstand the load from the elements or the vault door. Installation locations and transport routes must be statically checked by the client.
Wertheim vault rooms are manufactured using a self-supporting construction method. The floor, wall and ceiling elements are laid and assembled on site. The vault door is moved together with the elements. Assembly is carried out using the «dry construction method» and therefore enables extremely short assembly times (approx. 1 to 2 weeks). It is installed either in conjunction with a building structure or free-standing as a room-in-room system.
ATTENTION
Electronic locks are enclosed. No welding work may be carried out on the vault door once electronic locks have been installed!
Effective protection is not achieved by a vault room or walk-in safe alone. Combined with precisely manufactured vault doors, modern safe deposit box systems and intelligent software, these components form a fully integrated security solution.
The duration depends on resistance grade, size and structural conditions. Modular vault rooms or walk-in safes can usually be produced within a few weeks and installed quickly after planning.
Yes. A vault room can often be integrated into existing buildings if load capacity, space and installation access allow it. Modular systems adapt well to structural conditions.
The appropriate resistance grade depends on the value of the assets and insurance requirements. An analysis determines which grade from I to XIIIKB is suitable for the vault room.
Specialists install the vault room on site by assembling wall and ceiling elements, installing the vault door and testing all components before final certification.
